Without wanting to be a total cager, we're committed to driving now, really: I'm giving a friend a lift, and to get from where I live (Oxfordshire countryside) to Brighton by 10 then I'd actually have to start tonight: there's no public transport early enough.

For what it's worth, I've got as far as finding the Withdean park&ride (which is maybe three miles away, but there's a bus), and I'll give the Albion Hill area a try. If anyone's got any better suggestions then let me know.

The entrance to 30-31 North Street has got a big green door, and is next to the Bombay Lounge All you can eat Indian restaurant (which you can smell from the offices if the wind is in the right/wrong direction)
